A little side note...

Last week I took the textbook into the clinical educator and showed him the chapter about change. After skimming it, he did get some good insight. He stated that we definitely need to work on educating people on the benefits of bedside report. It was going to be very important to not allow the charge nurse meeting to not turn into a griping session. When the meeting did start heading in that direction, he was able to steer it away from that through his excellent leadership skills!
